By accessing and using the services of Bethel Arts (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Atelier Print provides premium creative production and art printing services, including but not limited to:

• Fine art printing and giclée production

• Large-format printing

• Printing on various materials (glass, acrylic, metal, wood, ceramic)

• Wall murals and custom installations

• Creative production services for various industries

All orders are subject to acceptance by Atelier Print. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary based on project specifications and material costs.

• A deposit of 50% is required before production begins on all custom orders

• The remaining balance is due upon completion and before delivery

• Payment methods accepted include credit cards, bank transfers, and approved business accounts

• Late payments may incur additional fees and delay delivery

• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified

Clients retain all rights to their original artwork and designs. By submitting files for printing, you warrant that:

• You own or have obtained all necessary rights to the submitted materials

• The materials do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights

• You grant us a limited license to reproduce the materials solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order

Clients are responsible for providing print-ready files that meet our technical specifications. We will provide digital proofs for approval before production. Once approved:

• We are not responsible for errors in the approved proof

• Changes to approved files may incur additional charges

• Color variations may occur due to differences in monitors and printing processes

Production timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity and material availability. We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed-upon deadlines but are not liable for delays caused by:

​

• Client delays in providing materials or approvals

• Material shortages or supplier delays

• Force majeure events beyond our control

We maintain strict quality control standards. All products are inspected before delivery. Minor variations in color, texture, or finish are inherent to the printing process and do not constitute defects. We guarantee our work against manufacturing defects for 30 days from delivery.

Due to the custom nature of our services:

• Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun

• Defective products will be reprinted or refunded at our discretion

• Claims for defects must be made within 7 days of delivery

• Products must be returned in original condition for evaluation

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services or products, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data.

We respect the confidentiality of client projects and will not disclose project details or use client materials for promotional purposes without explicit written permission.

Clients may cancel orders according to the following terms:

• Before production begins: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee

• After production begins: Deposit is non-refundable; client is responsible for materials and labor costs incurred

• After completion: No refunds; full payment is required

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of New York.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
